As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by setting targets, managing budgets, and building revenue and cash flow forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across our portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and update weekly and monthly revenue reports under strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to key stakeholders across the business.
- Prepare, manipulate, and model internal and operational datasets to fulfill ad-hoc data requests, supporting cross-functional teams with timely and actionable insights.
- Analyze sales trends and marketing promotions to assess current and future impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand business needs, define key metrics, and develop dynamic dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar data-focused role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and strong data manipulation skills using SQL and Excel.
- Independent, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights and identify discrepancies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Comfortable performing recurring and repetitive tasks with consistency, attention to detail, and a focus on process reliability
