  - Rapidly prototype AI-powered tools and integrations for cyber operations teams
  - Build and deploy agent-based systems using modern frameworks like AutoGen, LangChain, or similar
  - Create MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable seamless AI integration into existing tools
  - Develop Python scripts and applications that connect multiple AI services and APIs
  - Work directly with cyber analysts to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
  - Build robust API integrations that connect AI capabilities to existing security infrastructure
  - Experiment with new AI models and techniques, quickly evaluating their potential for operational use
  - Iterate quickly based on user feedback, often deploying multiple versions in a single day
  - Document novel approaches and share learnings with the broader team
  - Contribute to the team's growing library of reusable AI components and patterns Requirements for your new career…
  - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
  - 3 years of software development experience 
  - Strong proficiency with Python
  - Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
  - Demonstrated ability to build working AI applications
  - Understanding of agent architectures and multi-agent systems
  - Experience with API development and integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) 
  - Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex AI behavior
  - Familiarity with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning concepts
  - Git proficiency and understanding of collaborative development workflows
  - Self-directed learning ability with comfortability diving into documentation and figuring things out
