We seek a dynamic candidate for the new GFS Procure Travel Pay (PTP) Data Analytics Expert position. This role requires a strong understanding of PTP processes and expertise in data analytics. The ideal candidate will be a power user of advanced reporting tools (e.g., Signavio Intelligence/Insights) to identify trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven recommendations. Skills in creating data models and visualizations, managing complex reporting queries, monitoring trends and metrics, and implementing innovative tools are essential. This role will also be the primary contact for data analysis, improvement suggestions, and feedback.

Key responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, insights, and patterns that drive business decisions using advanced tools such as Signavio.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of complex process-related issues and provide effective solutions and data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational goals.

Data Modeling and Visualization

• Create data models and visualizations to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate data insights, project status, achievements, and areas of concern to stakeholders.

Reporting and Monitoring

• Handle complex reporting queries and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Ensure adherence to data processes and provide guidance to colleagues who support internal and external audits.

Stakeholder management and Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with key partners such as PTP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), PTP Leadership team, Global Procurement Organization (GPO), Corporate Processes and IT (CPIT).
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure collaborative and successful outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Shared Services environment
• Deep knowledge of PTP sub-processes
• Proven experience in effective communication, task coordination, execution, and deliverables
• Skills in creating dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud/Power BI or other tools to present findings clearly
• Knowledge of SAP tables, data models (e.g., in S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), and ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) SAP data efficiently as advantage
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and understanding of CDS views as advantage
• Knowledge of Signavio and experience with Signavio data mining as advantag
