ABOUT POSITION

We are looking for a passionate and experienced data visualization specialist to join our team of highly talented cloud database service developers. The person will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing the entire lifecycle of HANA Cloud service development, operations, and continuous improvements based on the diverse set of operation data from multiple data sources.

She or he also understands overall service level indicators / objectives / agreements, quality requirements, corporate standards to be established as parts of cloud service development process. She or he communicates with other service development and management teams and deeply understand the architectural dependencies, behaviors and considerations for robustness and resiliency for insightful data visualization.

EXPECTED SKILL SETS

· Technical Skills:

o Experience to create interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs for stakeholders, especially from database systems and k8s environment.

o Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, etc.

o Expertise in data access languages / interfaces like SQL, PromQL, OData, etc.

o Knowledge of databases such as HANA Cloud, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

o Knowledge of cloud service development such as microservice architecture, K8s, BTP, …

o Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.

o Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy.

o Familiarity with programming languages like Python, and Go.

o Experience with version control tool like Git/GitHub.

o (optional) Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and XGBoost.

o (optional) Understanding of big data technologies including Spark.

o Collaborative in multi-culture working environment including Germany, China, Korea, India, and Canada

o Detail-oriented and passionate about exploring new technologies.

o Strong problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication skills in Korean and English and ability to present complex data insights clearly.
