The Role

As an Applied Scientist, you will be at the core of designing and developing cutting-edge AI algorithms that power intelligent products. Your role is essential in transforming complex data into scalable, efficient, and domain-specific models across modalities such as text, audio, and vision. You will work closely with product teams, AI engineers, and researchers to build robust, real-world solutions that drive innovation across key sectors like finance, healthcare, oil & gas, and environmental science. From pioneering research to deploying high-impact POCs, you'll help shape the future of AI-enabled products that are not only technically advanced but deeply aligned with user needs and business value.

Location: Abu Dhabi – Relocation required (support provided)

Required Qualifications:

• MSc. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or AI-related field. Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing or Speech and Audio are highly desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities
• Track record of conducting high-level research, preferably evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals or a history of product-driven research and development.

Preferred Qualifications

• A highly curious and inquisitive approach to problem-solving
• In-depth knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning
• Excellent communication skills
