About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Digital and Data team. You will play a key role in developing and optimising Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards
• Optimise data models, DAX queries, and visualisations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to define data needs
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy standards
• Translate data into actionable insights that improve organisational performance

About You

• Proven experience building complex Power BI dashboards
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong SQL querying skills
• Exposure to Azure data environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong alignment with Tamaki Health’s values and mission
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• A commitment to health equity, cultural competency, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
