Within our data lake, we process millions of offers every day, we run hundreds of jobs to fuel reports and dashboards that drive our decision making and product features. We work on exciting features such as review fraud detection, hotel/offer recommendations, customer segmentation, hotellist ranking, NLP review information extraction, sentiment analysis etc.

Your Tasks
- Collaborate closely with fellow data scientists as a key member of the Data Intelligence team
- Analyze user behavior patterns to generate insights for business and product teams
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to better understand performance and user impact
- Translate data into actionable insights that support our mission to be the most holiday-friendly company in the world
- Work in cross-functional teams to develop new products and drive data-informed improvements across our website and services
- Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization through proactive communication and knowledge sharing
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience analyzing clickstream data in e-commerce, with strong skills in SQL (including window functions), BigQuery, and Python
- Solid background in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and applying machine learning methods to real-world user data
- Business-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working with big data, building dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio), and simplifying complex problems into actionable insights
- Strong communicator and team player, fluent in English (German is a plus), with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing
