About the role in People Analytics:
As a part of the people analytics team within the broader HR department, we are currently looking for someone who will be an energetic, key team-player with hands-on experience in using analytics visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, having good knowledge in handling vast amount of data preferably using scripting languages such as Python and SQL and using statistics to test hypotheses around certain people related events possibly leading to changes in policy, ways of working or tracking key metrics across business charters within HR. The ideal candidate should be willing to bring about a change in using data to explain events, have good communication skills, be able to liaise with cross-functional teams on discussing key projects and initiatives and be able to explain the requirements easily while helping to build capability around interpreting analytical results. The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience and would have worked in analytical capabilities across any domain. We are seeking candidates who possess the following skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in designing analytical solutions for organizations, having strong communication skills to be able to partner well with cross-functional teams, to be able to interpret results and requirements in an easy to understand way
- Strong in data visualization and modelling using Power BI, be able to roll out multiple dashboards with strong user experience, having a keen eye to detail
- Analyse large datasets (using Python/SQL) to extract meaningful insights related to various people metrics aided with excellent data understanding
- Strong in using statistical analyses such as hypotheses testing using t-test, ANOVA, chi-square test, etc. to be able to apply advanced statistical models that help internal stakeholders understand dynamic data issues and interpret results
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate analytical findings with leadership, work closely with other cross-functional teams to be able to drive process changes and data backed initiatives
- Prior experience in HR analytics preferred
