Technical Program Manager – AI Enablement
Location: Remote (Mexico)
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager – AI Enablement to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our company-wide AI initiatives. This is a highly visible role that will partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions, and deliver impactful AI integrations.
Role Summary
As the Technical Program Manager – AI Enablement, you will lead multiple AI-related programs across the organization. These programs may include AI for code generation, CI/CD pipeline enhancement, intelligent meeting note-takers, conversational AI in Slack, and other innovative use cases. Your mission is to operationalize and scale AI capabilities in a secure, responsible, and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Lead cross-functional programs focused on the evaluation, piloting, and rollout of AI tools across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Vendor Evaluation: Collaborate with internal teams to assess third-party AI tools (e.g., code assistants, Slack AI bots, automated note-takers) and make informed recommendations.
- Implementation Planning: Develop roadmaps, success metrics, and rollout strategies for each AI initiative.
- Technical Coordination: Partner with engineering, Engineering Operations, and security teams to ensure safe, effective, and compliant integration of AI technologies.
- Change Management: Facilitate adoption and change initiatives, including training plans, documentation, and user feedback loops.
- Governance and Compliance: Collaborate with SecOps and Legal to ensure all AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and usage standards.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs to evaluate the impact of AI solutions and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Innovation Leadership: Stay up-to-date on AI trends, tools, and best practices; bring fresh ideas to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Slack AI integrations for summarization, Q&A, and workflows
- AI-powered internal knowledge bases
- Document generation and summarization tools
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Hands-on experience managing or integrating AI, ML, or automation tools.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices (CI/CD, GitOps, DevSecOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), GenAI applications, or natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Prior experience working with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face).
- Background in security, data governance, or ethical AI practices is a plus.
- Experience in a cloud-native environment (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes, serverless platforms).
