JOB PURPOSE

  • Support Global & AMEA based CHC BA&C teams in all matters related to data consolidation, data processing & transformation, data visualization & analytics, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks.

  • Identify trends & opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets from different tools (ERP systems, BOOST TM1, Kinaxis, SOLAR, MARCO, etc.) & data lakes (Snowflake, etc.).

  • Create best-practice reports for Global and AMEA-based finance teams based on data mining, analysis, and visualization (Power BI, etc.)

  • Drive automatization of finance analytics at AMEA & global level through activation of data analysis functionalities in data lakes & data visualization platforms (Smart Narrative, IA, including Microsoft CoPilot, etc.)

  • Evaluate CHC finance systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.

  • Work directly with managers & users at Global & AMEA level to gather business requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships to secure successful deployment of CHC “Foundation” project globally and across AMEA countries.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data & Analytics champion for the Global and AMEA BA&C teams

  • Identify reporting requirements at AMEA and Global level, propose & implement interactive visualizations for them through data interpretation & analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources; work closely with the global BA&C team in the implementation of One set of reports (including critical metrics and KPIs), and One ways of working.

  • Proactively analyse data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.

  • Identify gaps in ERP systems and work with local & global teams to bring digital solutions.

  • Partner with BA&C and FPL teams in workflows to identify processes that can be simplified with digital solutions and lead their implementation in AMEA and at Global level.

Reporting

  • Lead One set of reports creation, update & maintenance throughout AMEA, supporting same initiative at global level within the frame of the “Foundation” project. Drive change management process across AMEA and worldwide, training finance and non-finance end users to use the reports.

  • Work with AMEA & Global BA&C teams optimizing Power BI reports to enhance finance data analysis, e.g.: Gross to Net, Standard Cost Analysis, Opex.

  • Co-lead AMEA initiatives supporting AMEA countries on maintenance of their local reports. Scale up best practice of AMEA countries to the global scope working closely with regional and global BA&C teams on the industrialization of global set of reports through “Foundation” project.

  • Orchestrate finance data transformation & data quality roadmap in AMEA and worldwide.

  • Support of AMEA finance teams in all forecast processes.

Master Data

  • Keep all master data related topics up to date, including local masterdata and GFM.

  • Work closely with DS&A team to keep all processes up to standard.

  • Identify and request or perform Master data management in the systems.

  • Participate in internal control and audit processes to ensure compliance within his/her perimeter.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Finance teams: local, regional & global BA&C teams, local & regional FPL’s, DS&A team.

  • Other teams: GBS (S2V, CI2C, A2R, MDM),Internal Control, other specialized finance experts (tax, treasury, etc.)

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of work experience preferably in data analysis implementation. Ideally knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Data visualization technology is must (datalake, Power BI, etc.)

  • Python, SQL, Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.

  • English is must.

  • Proficiency in ERP (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., BOOST TM1)
