We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead efforts in identifying and driving product adoption opportunities using our latest Data Platform technologies. This role will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business value, translating complex data solutions into compelling use cases that drive customer adoption and business growth.
In this role, you'll work closely with a product development team and be responsible for everything from problem discovery to delivery of value.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for driving adoption of Nasdaq Verafin’s Data Platform capabilities across development and product management teams
Identify high value use cases and business problems that can be addressed through our data technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, data science) to align product capabilities with market needs
Build and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and capabilities based on market demands and business objectives
Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and insights to inform product development
Monitor key performance indicators to measure product adoption and success
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in target markets
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data products or platforms
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred
A strong understanding of data technologies, architectures, and analytics solutions
A proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption
Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience with product lifecycle management methodologies
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations
Experience with cloud data platforms, big data technologies, and modern data architectures would be considered an asset
Background in consulting or solutions architecture would be considered an asset

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
