Data Analyst

ING is looking for a Data Analyst to help build on our data led ambition for the Wholesale Lending Business.

Your work environment

You will be part of the Data Offering & Readiness Product Line and work in the Lending Data Team. This team is focused on Data lead initiatives such as Data Products Strategy, Data Modelling & Mapping and digitization. They also work as an enabling party for the teams across the WB Lending Delivery Organization on multiple Data topics.

This Product Line is part of the broader Lending Delivery Organization. Within this organization we re-design and digitize our end2end customer journeys in order to improve our user and customer experience significantly but also to stay regulatory compliant as well.

What you will be doing

As a Data Analyst, you will be working in a multi-disciplinary team following the Agile way of working. Together with your team members you work on prioritized items that provide the highest value to the customer. More specifically, you will be performing the following activities:

• Data mapping & modelling based on new requirements.
• Developing and manage the Lending Data Products
• Empower the teams in the Delivery organization on Data topics
• Working together with the data engineers to ensure seamless integration work.
• Providing test support for new system implementation.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a profile that brings > 8-10 years of experience in Data Analysis in a Financial Services Lending/Credit Risk related domain. You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative study and possess strong analytical skills. Thinking in structures and end-to-end dataflows is your second nature. You have shown that you are able to work in a complex IT environment. As a person you are an open and honest communicator, who likes to voice his opinion and values working as part of a team.

We are looking for experience in the following areas:

• Experience and knowledge in Financial (Lending) Data
• Data/Information analysis.
• Data modeling.
• Business & Requirements analysis.
• Data governance and data lineage.
• Hands on experience with core Data Analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI are a must).
• Data Products knowledge
• Agile way of working.
