Job Description:

This role is remote-friendly.

The Lead Analyst, Analytics (Solutions & Onboarding) responsibilities:

  • Provide analytics and technical support for solutions dealing with media performance data both on reporting and analytics side

  • Work with technical lead to design and implement scalable ETL architectures and data pipelines

  • Collaborate directly with clients on technical requirements and solution design

  • Perform data modeling and schema design for efficient data processing

  • Create robust API integrations for real-time data ingestion from various sources

  • Review code and engineering solutions for performance, scalability, and compliance with standards

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for data pipelines and integrations

  • Design and implement API-based integration solutions

  • Use advanced SQL (view tables, CTEs, multi-table joins) to automate data manipulation

  • Create ETL processes in high-level scripting languages (e.g. Python) to pull and refresh data from media APIs

  • Use Tableau to visualize client data, highlighting key metrics and insights

  • Develop relationships with client partners, and communicate/interpret results in meetings with clients

  • Lead a small team of junior associates, overseeing their day-to-day work, providing direction, and administering feedback

  • You will report to VP, Data and Analytics

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with Python and SQL programming,

  • 3+ years experience with on or multiple cloud platforms (Google , Snowflake and Azure)

  • 1+ year experience in Azure Data Factory and Databricks is preferred

  • Knowledge of BI or digital analytics tools (Tableau, Micro strategy, Adobe analytics, Google analytics, DMP insight tools)

  • Experience with media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Campaign Manager, etc.) and site analytics platforms ( Google Analytics, Adobe, etc)

  • Ability to analyze/synthesize data to provide insights with recommendations/action

  • Understanding of digital data including the systems and processes used to generate and manipulate it by media type web, ad, email, mobile, etc.

Additional information: The salary range for this position is $67,500-$82,500. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
