Lead Data Engineer/ Snowflake Lead
• 10 years of industry experience with hands on managing projects in Data Warehousing with a minimum 4 years of experience working on Snowflake
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Should have hands on experience with ETL tools.
• Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods, and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling).
• Experience in designing and building manual or auto ingestion data pipeline using Snow pipe.
• Snow SQL Experience in developing stored Procedures writing Queries to analyze and transform data.
• Expertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT using snowpipe, implementing stored procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts.
• Should have implement cloud-based Enterprise data warehouse solutions with multiple data platforms along with Snowflake environment to build data movement strategy
• Should be able to make necessary on-going updates to modelling principles, processes, solutions, and best practices to ensure that the Snowflake is aligned with business needs of the environment.
• Should be able to lead in developing project requirements for end-to-end Data integration process using ETL for Structured, semi-structured and Unstructured Data.
• Expertise in Snowflake concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse, query performance tuning, zero copy clone, time travel, and understand how to use these features.
