To accelerate the growth of Rakuten Fashion, we are seeking new members to join our marketing team. Our mission is to deepen customer understanding based on data and maximize customer acquisition and purchase frequency. To that end, we are responsible for executing and improving each marketing initiative and constantly pursuing new challenges.

Rakuten Fashion is seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to lead our data initiatives and contribute to our continued business expansion. You will leverage Rakuten Group's vast data resources, powerful membership base, and diverse ecosystem to drive business growth by engaging stakeholders both within and outside the organization. You will collaborate directly with management (executives, senior managers) to refine strategies and accelerate Rakuten Fashion's growth through data-driven insights. With vast untapped data territories, your analysis has the potential to unlock new discoveries.
Position Details
As a Data Analyst, you will drive the overall growth strategy of Rakuten Fashion based on data. Your specific responsibilities include:
- Business Forecasting: Creating forecasts for Rakuten Fashion's overall distribution value (annual/monthly/daily)
- Customer Strategy: Extracting and analyzing data, formulating strategies, and verifying the effectiveness of customer acquisition and development efforts
- Analyzing the current state of customer loyalty, identifying issues, formulating and executing strategies
- Trend Analysis: Analyzing and visualizing product sales and purchasing trends to identify growth drivers and set KPIs
- Data Environment Development: Developing and operating data collection and analysis environments to meet business data utilization needs, and planning and managing data monitoring environments

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Data processing and analysis skills, and business communication skills
- Practical experience using SQL for data processing and aggregation
- Practical experience using Python for data processing and data analysis
- Practical experience using Excel for data aggregation
Desired Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of statistics
- Experience in designing and building KPI dashboards using BI tools
- Project Management experience
- Experience in e-commerce, the fashion industry, or related fields
- Experience in digital marketing
