Our Solution:
Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. Residents can open doors from their smartphones, issue visitor access, and see who is trying to enter the building.

We’re looking for a high-impact AI Solutions Lead to launch and lead a company-wide transformation initiative, focused on applying cutting-edge AI technologies to unlock real productivity, speed, and efficiency gains across all departments. This is a rare opportunity to own a top-priority initiative from day one, turning executive vision into tangible AI solutions, shaping how our business works, and helping every team operate faster and smarter.

You’ll be both the architect and the builder: identifying high-leverage use cases, developing and deploying AI tools and agents, and driving enthusiastic adoption across the org. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, enabling AI transformation at scale. This isn’t a back-office role. It’s a top-level priority with executive support and full cross-functional visibility. You’ll help define how AI is used across the company and build a legacy of meaningful, high-leverage impact.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a nimble, high-leverage AI Solutions team with a mandate to deliver immediate business value.
• Turn vision into reality by identifying, prioritizing, and executing on high-impact AI use cases that save time, reduce friction, and improve decision-making.
• Prototype and deliver solutions using modern AI platforms and tooling (e.g. LangChain, ADK, OpenAI, Claude, vector DBs, agents, RAG pipelines).
• Drive adoption through strong internal partnerships, training, change management, and clear storytelling about AI's value.
• Act as a translator between executives, operators, and technical teams by bridging strategy with implementation.
• Establish the operating model for AI adoption across the company: playbooks, tooling, KPIs, and governance.Partner with executives and team leads to uncover AI opportunities within existing workflows and operations.
• Partner closely with data teams to ensure reliable pipelines and high-quality inputs for AI solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy tools, ranging from custom copilots and process automations to internal agents and knowledge assistants.
• Maintain a backlog of prioritized AI initiatives and track performance through clear KPIs and business outcomes.
• Build out an AI Solutions team to drive transformation at a rapidly growing company.
• Lead workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions to build organizational fluency and confidence in AI adoption.
• Stay current on AI trends and tools and pragmatically evaluate what’s worth piloting or scaling.
• Build the connective tissue between your team, internal stakeholders, and external AI vendors or partners.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and other teams to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant AI deployments.

Requirements

• Proven success as a technical individual contributor (e.g., engineering, ML, data science) with deep hands-on experience building software or automation tools.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, Claude, GPTs, vector DBs, agents, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Track record of independently scoping and delivering impactful technical solutions in ambiguous or cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can credibly engage with executives and frontline ICs alike.
• Strategic, analytical mindset. You think in systems and get energy from solving hard problems that span tech and business.
• Strong product sense and ability to identify high-leverage ideas, not just novel tech.
