About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a data-driven and business-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Analytical Platform team, working with our core B2C trading platform worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance across all traffic sources and platforms (web and mobile), building multi-touch attribution models, and providing data-driven insights to optimize the marketing mix and support strategic business decisions globally.
Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics and is confident working with SQL, Airflow, and data visualization tools. A strong understanding of multichannel attribution and digital marketing performance is essential.
Our tech stack:• Visualization & reporting: Metabase.• ETL & pipelines: Airflow.• Data storage: PostgreSQL.• Programming: SQL, Python.• Attribution & marketing data: AppsFlyer, marketing platform APIs.
We follow Scrum with 2-week sprints and team meetings twice a week (GMT+3).

Tasks
- Evaluate the performance of brands, regions, countries, and traffic sources.
- Analyze data from advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and BI systems to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to assess channel contributions and guide budget allocation.
- Partner with user acquisition teams to help scale campaigns and optimize performance across channels.
- Explore insights to refine marketing strategy and identify hidden patterns between metrics.
- Investigate audience behavior and measure the impact of creatives on acquisition and retention.
- Conduct complex analysis of paid channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) and track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Build and maintain dashboards, define key KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform competitive and market analysis to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for business growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and attribution logic.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking; ability to explain approaches and results clearly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Russian (minimum C2) and English (B1).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, Firebase, and SKAdNetwork.
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Experience in Fintech/Forex.
