You will be an integral part of the Global Customs Integration team by filling the role of a Business IT Analyst. In your role, you will work closely with our business stakeholders and subject matter experts to get the understanding of the processes we automate and make sure that their requirements are well translated into technical acceptance criteria and document all the findings.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering & specification – meeting stakeholders
  • Analysis of Integration with external systems
  • Data driven analysis to provide input for solution design decisions
  • Maintaining Integration documentation
  • Participation in Internal and User Acceptance Testing
  • Create test scenarios to ensure the solution lives up to agreed acceptance criteria
  • Participate in development and implementation of AI based application for creating Customs Declarations
  • Gather requirements together with business experts, balancing the need for understanding the details and complexity of their work with the ability to see how this could be solved differently and smarter in the future

 

Our requirements:

  • Modern Software development process (3+ years)
  • System to System Integrations
  • Business Process Mapping - BPMN 2.0
  • System Process Mapping - UML, SCM
  • Data Analysis including Statistics
  • Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • JIRA & Confluence
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • XML, JSON, XSLT

 

Nice to have’s:

  • Postman

 

It is a plus if you have some experience with technologies/areas such as:

  • Logistics & Transport Industry
  • Customs Duty Procedures
  • Coding: Python, VBA
  • Relational Databases: MS SQL, My SQL etc.
  • Non-Relational Databases: MongoDB
  • Machine Learning (basic understanding)
