Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Architect with a strong background in Python software engineering and team leadership. You will be responsible for guiding an engineering team, conducting architectural reviews, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality, scalable web services. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving DevOps best practices, and contributing to innovation in AI and cloud-based solutions.
 

• Lead and mentor a software engineering team.

• Design and review software architecture for scalable systems.

• Develop and maintain web services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Implement unit and integration tests; promote test-driven development.

• Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices for efficient software delivery.

• Manage containerized environments using Docker.

• Work with databases and ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy.

• Collaborate on solutions involving cloud infrastructure and AI technologies.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Python software development.

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and conducting architectural reviews.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and clean code principles.

• Hands-on experience with API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django, OpenAPI).

• Solid testing experience (unit, integration, TDD).

• Proficiency with Docker and SQLAlchemy.

• Basic understanding of cloud environments.

• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
