Senior Business Analyst - Data Optimization

You Will:

  • Lead the design and execution of complex data optimization integration strategies aligned with enterprise goals and governance standards.

  • Translate our needs into technical requirements and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across platforms.

  • Monitor and resolve integration issues, applying root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation including data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and process maps.

  • Deliver reporting that creates insight, understanding, and action.

  • Present recommendations to leadership and influence decision-making.

  • Collaborate with teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.

  • Mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis, documentation, and partner engagement.

  • Identify opportunities to expand Data Optimization services to new areas of the business.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience, with a focus on data integration and enterprise systems.

  • Experience supporting projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with data management, governance, and integration best practices.

  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with tools like Syniti ADMM, Data Migration Cockpit/LTMC, Winshuttle, SAP, or other ERP systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence across levels and lead through ambiguity.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
