Job Description

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The Agile AI/ML Software Developer will execute true end-to-end development and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle. Partnering with key technical and business stakeholders, the agile developer will help refine the product vision, estimate and design a solution, create or customize the software to create the solution, ensure the quality of the final product through manual and automated tests, and support the new software as it is moved to production.

Top Skills Needed:

  • Experience with Tungsten Automation vendor platform or similar platforms (e.g., Azure Doc Intelligence, IBM Datacap) on separation/classification/extraction
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET features and SQL queries
  • Ability to build APIs to connect to other data sources

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to perform data capture from images using OCR and AI/ML technologies and Barcode engines (1D and 2D) with vendor platforms
  • Tungsten Total Agility (formerly Kofax), Azure Doc Intelligence, Captiva, IBM Datacap, ILINX, Indico or similar Third-Party platform
  • Serve as a full stack agile application developer responsible for development from front end to back end, including refactoring legacy code and reducing technical debts.
  • Develop applications providing full business process management and workflow using the vendor platforms along with handling document Classification/Separation, data extraction and commit to repository
  • Add automated unit tests in legacy web applications and new applications as developed, using git hub copilot
  • Perform functional Testing, including creating, maintaining, and executing both manual and automated tests.
  • Participate, as needed in the code migration, deployment, and rollout process.
  • Be a team player, flexible and ready to take initiative, explore new ideas, learn continuously and mentor team as needed.

Must Have Knowledge/Skills:

  • Degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to develop using Tungsten Automation vendor platform, if the current experience is on any other vendor platform such as Azure Doc Intelligence, IBM Datacap, Captiva or ILINX.
  • Strong knowledge on C#, .NET features and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of building API to connect to other data sources

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Tungsten (formerly Kofax) Total Agility and its Transformation Designer OR similar experience in other vendor platforms as mentioned above
  • Knowledge of using Agentic AI to create browser based automated functional test

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent work experience 
  • At least five years of work experience in Application Development/IT Systems Testing, and team leadership

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00 - $120,120.00
