You will join an elite team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide. If we execute on our product vision, you will have built something generational that transforms education globally.

The problem you’ll solve:
You’ll lead how we use data to build better learning experiences for millions of students—making sure product decisions are grounded in deep insights.

Your ownership:

• Partner with product and leadership to define how data shapes what we build, why we build it, and what success looks like.
• Perform deep-dive analyses and uncover insights that guide feature development, personalization, and product strategy.
• Build and improve internal tools and reporting systems that help teams move faster and smarter.
• Ensure our data stack is accurate, scalable, and useful across marketing, product, revenue, and leadership.

What success looks like:
You’ve driven product strategy & personalisation efforts with deep data insights. Teams are self-serving insights from the tools you’ve built. And you’ve helped define the direction of a company creating a new category: AI learning.Your mindset

Your track record
You bring a strong academic foundation and early hands-on experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence. You’ve used SQL, BI tools, or Python to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and guide product strategy. You're comfortable owning end-to-end analyses - from digging through messy datasets to delivering clear recommendations. You're passionate about using data to shape what gets built and why. You deeply care about great product outcomes and not just the process behind.

Must-haves

• Background in data analysis, BI, or product analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for using data to drive product decisions
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Ready to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)

Our Tech Stack
Our app is written in Flutter with Riverpod. Our Golang backend is powered by PostgreSQL and hosted on AWS with Kubernetes. Our AI stack uses several LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and Mistral) plus in-house models. Our data stack consists of BigQuery and dbt.Ready to help build the AI learning unicorn?
