About The Role

This is a greenfield project where you will have a unique opportunity to shape our quality standards from day one. We are committed to building our processes on a foundation of modern best practices, with a strong emphasis on automation, CI/CD, and integrating AI-based solutions into every phase of development.

Reporting Line - Head of QA

Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Process Architecture: Design, establish, and own the end-to-end quality assurance strategy and processes for the project, moving away from standard corporate solutions to a modern, agile framework.

• Quality Gates & CI/CD: Define and implement critical quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure every commit and branch is automatically tested and validated.

• Test Strategy & Design: Architect a scalable and efficient test structure based on the testing pyramid principle. You will be responsible for designing tests in a way that developers can easily contribute to coverage and that can be leveraged by AI for test generation.

• Collaboration & Culture: Champion a "whole-team" approach to quality by working closely with developers. Empower them to write effective tests and help increase overall code coverage and product quality.

Qualifications

• Senior-Level Experience: You have approximately 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3 years focused on hands-on test automation. You are a senior professional ready to lead and build a process, not just execute within one.

• Process Builder: You have a strong understanding of the entire SDLC and a proven passion for setting up efficient QA processes from scratch within a team.

• Modern QA Mindset: You are a strong advocate for shift-left principles, continuous testing, and integrating quality into the development workflow at the earliest stages.

• Test Design & Analysis Expert: You possess excellent skills in test analysis and design. You know how to build a practical testing pyramid and can think strategically about how to structure tests for maximum impact and reusability.

• Passion for AI & LLMs:

  • You have a genuine interest and desire to work with AI technologies.

  • You have a strong interest or, ideally, some involvement in the practices of testing ML/LLM systems, focusing on the stability and correctness of models and prompts.
    

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Hands-on experience in full-stack automation (REST APIs, Web UI)

  • Experience with testing data integrations or ETL pipelines is a significant plus

• English: 

  You will need solid English skills to participate in team meetings and write project documentation.
