This position reports to the Lead (Manager) of People Data and Process and is based in Manila.

What You Will Do
The People Data and Process Solutions Analyst administers daily operation and maintenance and utilization of HRIS system. Develops and runs customized reports, as needed, prepares HRIS data spreadsheets for authorized users. Provides technical, operations and training support to users of HRIS. Maintains confidentiality of all departmental activities and records. Ensures that information, files and data are accessed only by authorized personnel. Organizes HRIS data for prompt retrieval and reference. Reviews data and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Updates files on HRIS systems. Tests system, makes recommendations to improvement system. Converts data into HRIS. Monitors HRIS system and all linkups to ensure they function properly. Globally supports Mass Upload requests via Workday EIB. Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques, using data to identify solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute Workday EIB Mass Uploads, including data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting of any issues.
• Monitor daily data interfaces, review errors, and collaborate with IT to resolve issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address inquiries, provide insights, and support HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting variety of HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies globally. Areas of focus may include, but not limited to employee data management, compensation and benefits, recruiting and onboarding etc.
Qualifications
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Workforce Data Management and HR processing with a focus on employee data management.
• Proven experience with Workday, particularly in EIB Mass Uploads, including data mapping, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a shared service center environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Workday’s EIB functionality, including the ability to configure, manage, and execute mass uploads efficiently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Workday, and a solid understanding of HR modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of data validation practices and experience ensuring data accuracy throughout the upload process.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting data errors and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience handling complex inquiries and requests, demonstrating ownership and follow-through on escalated issues.
• Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities with a pragmatic and solutionoriented approach.
• Process work schedule changes, promotions, suspensions, separations, personal data changes, and other informational updates to employee records.
• High degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
