Data Quality Specialist (m/f)

Job Description & Summary

Our Shared Service Centre (SSC) is currently looking for a Process Specialist in the area of Data Quality (m/f). This is an opportunity for a talented and self-motivated individual who has a sense for detail and will be capable of supporting other PwC colleagues in master data validation tasks to ensure the correctness, consistency and accuracy of client information according to available sources.

The daily content of the work is the processing of client records in the system, their verification through various information databases and external trustworthy sources, confirmation and resolution of any disputable situations such as duplicate records, conflicting data and other deficiencies that prevent the flow of data between business systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing of client records in the systems, their search, validation and confirmation

- Ensure the correctness and accuracy of data in relevant global tools and databases

- Investigating and analysis of complex data in order to find proper solution 

- Monitoring and controlling of data recorded within the systems and providing support to meet customer needs in line with defined procedures and SLA

- Active cooperation and consultation with local and regional teams to solve non-standard and specific situations

- Daily communication in English

Personality requirements and skills:

• University degree (1st level, suitable also for graduates)

• Background and previous experience in data entry or analytics type of work is an advantage, but not required

• Strong intellectual, organizational and technical skills with capability in a problem solution

• Sense of detail and precision required, willingness to learn the new things

• Interest in and ability to work as a part of team

• Good command of both written and spoken English
