JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Data Analyst

Department: Student Services

Purpose

Data captured at a Student or Lead level requires monitoring and analysis on regular basis. Data available will be used for enhancement and review process to meet and exceed Business requirements 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and Analyze data on assigned tasks [Student Feedback, Survey results, lead analysis, etc..]
• Inputs on designing and modification of current modules
• Creative Solutions to analyse data points to meet Business requirements [Sales/Services]
• Co-ordination with tech team for any developmental work
• Execution of Business ideas, understanding capabilities to optimize Business processes
• Timely inputs to the Product team on existing Products and offerings
• Collecting and interpreting data
• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes

Skills & Abilities

• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in data models and reporting packages
• Ability to analyse large datasets
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Thinking ability on various permutations and combinations
• Good Knowledge of excel and experience with Data analysis
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Ability to multi-task

Qualification

• Graduate any stream
• MBA in Business Analytics (Preferred)
• MS Excel and other MS office tools

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience working as a Data Analyst or similar domain in an education institute preferred
