What You'll Be Doing ✍

• Develop Advanced Solutions: Craft AI and data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges across a variety of industries, turning advanced theories and models into real-world operational impact.

• Drive Data Opportunities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and harness opportunities from both internal and external data sources.

• Deliver Impact: Ensure data science solutions create tangible business value, from driving new insights to supporting cost-saving initiatives.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with functional and engineering teams to design, implement, and monitor comprehensive AI/ML analytics solutions.

• Optimize Performance: Lead the development of tools and processes to evaluate the performance and accuracy of AI/ML systems, continually optimizing results.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI and data science, integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into your work.

• Provide Expert Advice: Offer strategic business advice on data modeling, AI opportunities, and predictive analytics.

• AI Systems Quantitative Solution Design: We specialize in designing precise and efficient quantitative solutions for AI systems, focusing on developing models and algorithms that optimize performance, enable data-driven decision-making, and integrate seamlessly with technological platforms and company standards.

What We’re Looking For 👇

• Strong Technical Foundation: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with robust knowledge in statistical methods and data science.

• Industry Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with proven success in developing AI solutions across multiple industries.

• Analytical Business Insight: Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable analytical solutions with both short- and long-term goals.

• Machine Learning Expertise: Demonstrated experience with a wide range of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning (regression models, classification, time series, deep learning, NLP, image processing, etc.).

• Quantitative Skills: Expertise in advanced analytics, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and statistical process control.

• Performance Monitoring: Proven ability to assess the effectiveness of predictive models, define KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Python, SQL, and relevant cloud technologies, with strong programming and technical skills.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data science concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

Preferred Qualifications 👇

• Advanced Degrees: A Master’s or PhD in a data science or AI-related field.

• Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience in Data & Analytics.

• MLOps Expertise: Solid knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps methodology.

• Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading data science teams and projects.

• Technical Versatility: Hands-on experience in other areas of data science beyond quantitative analytics, such as data engineering, software development, and cloud architectures.

• Relevant Certifications: Certifications in AI/ML technologies or related areas.
