About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile project management, a proven track record of success in facilitating Agile teams, and an understanding of emerging technologies like Generative AI. This role is critical in driving agile adoption across teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering consistent value to the business.

You will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to lead Agile ceremonies, resolve roadblocks, and enhance team productivity. You must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or hold a similar credential and have at least 3 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience, with overall 8+ years in Agile project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Champion Agile principles and best practices, helping teams continuously improve processes and deliverables.
• Ensure consistent use of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards to track progress, manage backlogs, and generate reports.
• Act as a servant leader, identifying and eliminating blockers, enabling teams to work more effectively, and promoting a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely delivery of business value.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as team velocity, sprint burn-down, and release planning metrics.
• Identify coaching opportunities and mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile practices.
• Proactively manage project risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Bring knowledge of Generative AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot) and frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex) into team conversations and innovation discussions.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the broader community of practice within the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (e.g., PSM).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile project management, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams in fast-paced, technically complex environments.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and basic familiarity with frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in product teams leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Background in software engineering or technical delivery roles.
• Experience in large-scale Agile transformations or SAFe environments.
