The Opportunity

The Director of Enterprise Analytics will be a key leader in shaping and driving Allegro MicroSystem's data strategy. This role involves creating and executing a comprehensive vision for data and analytics, building the necessary technology infrastructure, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to unlock valuable business insights from enterprise data. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and proven experience in leading data analytics initiatives.

What You'll Do

Vision and Strategy Development:

• Develop and champion a comprehensive data and analytics vision that aligns with Allegro's strategic objectives.

• Define the roadmap for building a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve business performance.

• Evangelize the use of analytics and analytics tools to power users across the enterprise

Technology Infrastructure:

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data and analytics technologies.

• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the data infrastructure.

• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate data systems and platforms.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards.

• Implement processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Promote data literacy and best practices throughout the organization.

Business Insights and Analytics:

• Lead the development of analytics solutions to address key business questions.

• Work closely with internal customers to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their priorities and align analytics initiatives accordingly.

• Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on data-related matters.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics (Master's preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and machine learning techniques.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
