This person will manage quality assurance of assigned complex products or projects including testing the products and the systems that create, measure, and maintain these products. They will also be responsible for a wide variety of complex quality assurance issues relating to content, products, features and functionality. Drives the execution of business initiatives through providing leadership, Making recommendations to release or not release product or enhancements, and driving the execution of business initiatives through providing leadership is also an important part of this role.
About the Role
As a Legal AI Data Quality Lead, you will:
- Evaluate complex designs and specifications for conformity to standards, for consistency with existing products, for utility to intended markets, for functionality, best use of existing internal systems and programs, and for cost effectiveness.
- Oversee product testing participation in the creation of test/ project plans.
- Coordinate creation of resource estimates and timelines.
- Create and reviews metrics, reports, and benchmark statistics.
- Help to establish and implement products standards, as well as, ensures that others in department are achieving the standards.
- Work closely with manager on projects and team issues.
- Prepares and submits regular reports for department or project team.
- Acts as a team lead on more complex projects, assisting and providing day-to-day oversight on productivity and workflow ensuring production and work schedules are met. Backs up team lead as necessary.
- Responsible for leading complex product testing and has primary responsibility for quality component of products, including implementing testing standards, testing of content, functionality, platforms and systems.
- Reviews complex errors, assists less experience staff in preparing recommendations, and communicates product enhancements to project teams and other departments as appropriate.
- Provides consultation and guidance to management on results of testing and progress to completion of project.
- Develops, writes, maintains, and oversees less experienced staff in creation of project and process documentation.
- Identifies training opportunities, coordinates, and provides training to less experienced staff.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Legal AI Data Quality Lead if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience with product testing / in similar role(s) previously
- Experience making product release recommendations and completing testing in accordance with established testing procedures and written test plans
- Leading teams and guiding less experienced staff
- Experience making recommendations to release or not release product or enhancements, and driving the execution of business initiatives through providing leadership
