VIE - Junior Data Analyst H/F/NB

We are part of the Group Industrial Direction (GID) Department, within the Large Industries business line of the NCE Cluster. (Northern and central Europe)
Our role within ID is to support the sites for the proper execution of maintenance. We provide support to our sites by technical assistance and support for the use, the development of our tools such as Maximo, Power BI, ....
Technical support is given by our technical experts who play a major role in monitoring and improving our machines.
Our office is based in Brussels, Belgium but monitors sites from Denmark to Turkey (15 countries).

 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We're looking for a Junior Power BI Specialist to become our primary contact for all data-related inquiries and Power BI dashboards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Understand team needs: You'll listen to users (from 15 countries) to figure out how data can best support them.

• Create and improve Power BI reports: You'll be in charge of developing and optimizing our dashboards to meet business expectations.

• Translate needs into technical actions: You'll bridge the gap between our teams' requests and the technical specifications for your Product Owner.

• Support our production sites: You'll assist plants with the Power BI application and help evolve its functionalities.

Your start with us:

• Learning: Your first month will be dedicated to learning. You'll discover all our tools and meet key stakeholders.

• Dive into our systems: You'll get to know our CMMS (Maximo/SAP) with the support of our experts based in Paris, which will enable you to respond to requests and propose improvements.

This job is based in Brussels with some travel to sites in Germany, Netherlands, France, ….
