Your New Role:
As the Lead – AI Program Delivery, you will spearhead the successful delivery of advanced AI initiatives for one of the world’s largest Media & Entertainment companies. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of AI programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes. Based in Hyderabad, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business units to translate innovative ideas into impactful solutions that revolutionize content creation, personalization, and audience engagement.
This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering complex AI programs on a global scale. Your ability to manage diverse stakeholders, drive strategic priorities, and ensure operational excellence will make you a key player in our AI Center of Excellence.
1. Program Leadership and Strategic Execution
Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML programs, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Translate strategic business priorities into actionable AI projects with measurable outcomes.
Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, aligning milestones with broader business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI program opportunities.
Communicate program goals, status, and outcomes effectively to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns proactively.
Lead workshops and presentations to align teams and stakeholders on program deliverables and objectives.
Partner with global teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions across geographies and functions.
3. Operational Excellence and Process Optimization
Define and implement best practices for program delivery, leveraging agile methodologies to ensure efficiency and flexibility.
Optimize resource allocation and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
Continuously assess and improve delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools for AI program management.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Ensure that all program activities comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
4. Risk Management and Problem-Solving
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI program delivery, including technical, operational, and strategic challenges.
Develop contingency plans to address potential roadblocks and ensure programs remain on track.
Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and innovation within the team.
Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and data governance standards in all program deliverables.
5. Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of program managers and delivery professionals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Support career development plans for team members, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
Champion diversity and inclusion within the team and across program initiatives.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on technology, program management, or data-driven business strategies is highly preferred.
Professional Experience:
8+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML or data-driven programs.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML initiatives in enterprise environments, preferably in Media & Entertainment or related industries.
Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
Strong expertise in agile methodologies, program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and reporting frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar program budgets and resources efficiently.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud platforms).
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements for AI systems.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with AI solutions.
