Your New Role...

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Principal Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Node.js, React, and MongoDB to architect and develop AI-powered software solutions. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to facilitate effective communication.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and implement robust software architectures that align with business goals.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
• Provide early estimations for project timelines and resources needed for the development of prescribed solutions, helping to set realistic expectations.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure a cohesive development process.
• Lead and participate in design discussions, providing insights and guidance to drive innovative solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, software development, and system architecture.

Qualifications & Experiences...

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including experience in a leadership or principal engineer role.
• Expertise with Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
• Proven experience integrating AI or ML solutions into real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern DevOps practices.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to lead code reviews, set engineering standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
