Data Operations Specialist

What You’ll Learn and Do- As a Data Operations Specialist, you will gain insight into influencer marketing and related workflows while supporting the team with a variety of operational tasks, including:- Organizing and managing data using spreadsheets and internal tools. - Conducting research across social media and digital marketing channels.- Performing quality assurance on benchmark reports- Maintaining and updating records in the influencer database.- Assisting internal teams by responding to data change requests and resolving data issues.- Supporting product development through testing and evaluation of new features and solutions.
Additional Details- This is a non-customer-facing role. - You'll work closely with experienced team members and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product.- The role offers a valuable entry point into the tech industry and data operations, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Data Team, support the team’s operations with data gathering and organization, testing and quality assurance, maintaining the breadth and quality of the influencer database.
• Work alongside the Data Team analysts to set up new dashboards, debug issues, update the data files, and re-pull data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
• Engineering team, to provide clear requirements and testing when developing internal reporting functionality, to identify the root causes of issues.
• Data science team on projects that will inform the product development for new features (e.g. post categorization, sentiment analysis, ways to improve our VIT metric, etc.).
• Customer and Sales teams, to identify and support opportunities for product expansion, maintenance and support of the existing reporting and data solutions Traackr provides as part of their product offering.
• Professional services team, to ensure the delivery of high-quality data.
• Product team, on R&D initiatives for new data integrations and data access (e.g. study API access, test data quality from provider, etc.)
• Contribute to the vision of measurement scalability, playing a key role in shaping efficient and scalable data measurement practices within the influencer marketing domain.

Requirements

• Experience working in an analytical role or taking classes with an analytical component - 2+ years
• A bachelor degreeInterest in influencer marketing and social media
• Desire to learn about data analysis and databases
• Creative problem solving acumen
• Curiosity about engineering tools, methods, and workflows
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills to liaise with the engineering, customer success and professional services teams

This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.
