The Role
The Data Analyst is someone who’s as excited to dig into performance metrics as they are to translate insights into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal teams. You’ll be a core partner to the Agency Team around client strategy, helping shape pitches with relevant data, optimize campaigns in real time, and deliver impactful wrap-up reports that keep clients coming back. You'll also provide regular data analysis throughout the campaign life cycle to surface actionable insights for real-time optimization and overall performance improvement.
You thrive on structure, love finding patterns, and know how to make data sing in a way that’s actionable, not just pretty. You're comfortable managing multiple requests at once, and you bring a consultative mindset to the table—always asking “What does this mean for the client?” and “How can we use this to improve?”
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Build and deliver high-impact campaign wrap-up reports, pulling performance data across platforms (e.g., influencer performance, reach, engagement, conversion) and connecting it to client goals.
- Sales Support: Partner with the Sales and Client Strategy teams to provide data-driven insights and visuals for proposals, helping quantify the value of influencer marketing for prospective clients.
- Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Own the build and upkeep of internal and external dashboards to monitor campaign performance, trends, and benchmarks.
- Pitch Optimization: Help shape and strengthen sales and renewal pitches with compelling, data-backed narratives.
- Storytelling with Data: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand insights, visuals, and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Strategy, Agency Services, and the Product team to surface trends and advocate for improvements in reporting workflows and tooling.
- Testing & Optimization: Use data to recommend A/B tests and optimizations mid-campaign to maximize performance and client value.
- Benchmarking: Help establish internal benchmarks for influencer performance and campaign KPIs across verticals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or similar roles—agency or SaaS background preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Experience with social platform analytics (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), influencer data platforms, and campaign measurement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and time management skills—you can juggle multiple deliverables without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
- A storyteller’s mindset: you don’t just report the numbers—you help people understand what they mean and what to do next.
