Process Automation & Advanced Reporting Graduate

The Opportunity

• Design and develop Robotic Process Automations (RPA) solutions to automate business processes and enhance efficiency and effectiveness with the use of RPA solutions across various functions.
• Creation and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data is available and with optimal data quality in the ERP and other systems.
• Extract insights from diverse datasets and work with different teams to design, implement data-driven solutions and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes by learning best practices in automation, data handling and reporting, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll get to do

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using different tools
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
• Assist the team in charge of monitoring the automation platform.
• Setting up processes, reports and systems to make working with data more efficient.
• Develop and schedule automated ETL processes to maintain data in our ERP and other systems.
• Document automation workflows, technical specifications, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning of tools, methodologies and business processes.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education: Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.

Languages: English and Spanish required

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks
• Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for data manipulation and machine learning
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP Analytics cloud, Power BI)
• Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel) and VBA.
• Understanding of basic data structures, APIs, or integration concepts.

Bonus points:

• Experience with UiPath or related RPA software.
• Experience working with SAP or data coming from ERP systems
• Experience in process mining (ideally with a tool like Celonis)
