Job Overview

AI/ML IT Analyst who will work with Snowflake data platform to support AI/ML initiatives, data analytics, and IT operations while helping to develop and implement machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake
- Assist in developing ML models using Snowflake's ML capabilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Support data warehousing operations in Snowflake
- Help integrate AI/ML solutions with Snowflake infrastructure
- Perform data quality checks and maintenance
- Create automated reporting solutions
- Assist in data migration projects

Technical Requirements

Core Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Python programming skills
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Basic machine learning knowledge

Snowflake-Specific Skills

- Experience with Snowflake's core features:
  - Data loading and unloading
  - Time travel and data cloning
  - Warehouse management
  - Access control and security
- Familiarity with Snowpark for Python
- Understanding of Snowflake's ML capabilities
- Experience with Snowflake integrations

Tools & Technologies  

- Snowflake Data Cloud
- Python libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- BI tools (SAP BO, Power BI)
- ETL/ELT tools
- Version control (Git)
- Machine learning frameworks
- Data modeling tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Snowflake SnowPro Core certification
- Experience with:
  - Snowflake Streams and Tasks
  - External tables
  - Stored procedures
  - UDFs (User-Defined Functions)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of data governance principles
