What you'll do
- Running, improving, and eventually automating incident management related processes
- Preparing statistics and meetings, and ensuring incident management process follow-up /follow-through
- Performing regular data checks in Jira
- Create and maintain KPI reports for incident management stakeholders (Signavio Engineering VP, Signavio COO)
- Support in basic incident management project management activities
- Cross team communication and collaboration with engineers, analysts, security, compliance and governance experts
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration
- Computer skills: basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlooks, Excel and Power Point), Ideally experience in using tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or Slack, data analysis with Excel / Python or other means, fundamental knowledge about software development and operations lifecycle
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Well organized, communicative team player, solution-oriented, analytical mindset
- Others: Previous internships in software development or engineering, confident communication skills, experience / interest in project management
Meet your team
SAP Signavio is the owner of SAP’s process management and analytics product portfolio, and we are the responsible security, compliance and governance team. Taking a risk-based approach to the aforementioned topics, we support thousands of colleagues and customers within and outside of SAP Signavio. We team up with others in SAP (e.g., SAP SGSC, SAP BTP) to plan, implement, and operate technically effective and trade-off efficient security, compliance and governance solutions.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
