This role involves assisting with implementation of roadmap, defining requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of IBM CP4D solutions to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead AI Product Roadmap development for IBM CP4D and related modules (OpenPages)
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to design and develop AI governance tools that ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CP4D modules with other systems and platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of objectives.
  • Monitor and manage AI Model lifecycle, from concept to execution.
  • Provide support during the deployment and ongoing enhancement phases.
 Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or BSA with a focus on IBM CP4D.
  • Expertise in IBM CP4D modules (OpenPages).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing complex product implementations.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
 Preferred Skills: 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in IBM CP4D or related technologies.
