To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a:

Data Analyst Intern (6-month contract)
Starting date: September 2025

Your role:

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be part of the Operations team and will be reporting to the Quality Manager.
Your mission will be to monitor key quality performance indicators, to report them internally to various stakeholders in a clear, comprehensive, visual manner. You will be working on data structure, efficiency and consistency of data acquisition & enrichment to reinforce our continuous improvement journey.

What you will own:

• Investigate and leverage AI functionalities for Customer Support and Quality;
• Join the introduction, implementation, and client follow-up for a high-quality ERP system; support testing, data retrieval via ERP/CRM systems, and ensure high-quality data requirements are met;
• Collaborate with clients to validate ERP functionality and enable effective data use through structured system integration and analysis;
• Support the Operations team in maintaining high-quality customer-originated data by detecting errors and providing solutions to correct them;
• Work independently with a focus on data analysis, trend assessment, and interpretation to support quality engineering, plant troubleshooting, and customer support;
• Write reports summarizing trend developments and detailing results and findings from data interpretation;
• Improve existing KPI reports and propose and implement new ones;
• Build new dashboards based on data from various systems;
• Support ad hoc reporting needs and system integration enhancements;
• Work with the Quality Engineer on data qualification and enrichment projects to improve reporting solutions and ensure data is well understood and used internally.

Requirements

Your profile:

• Currently studying a Master’s degree in Business Administration, engineering or equivalent;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), French is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google tools including strong understanding of macros;
• Knowledge with programming languages such as Python is recommended;
• Experience in building Dashboards in a dashboard & reporting system (eg Tableau);
• Experience in relational data modeling is an advantage;
• Strong interest in data analysis required, ability to tell a story based on analyzing different sources of data;
• You are eager to learn new concepts, skills, and tools that you might need to complete your assignments;
• You are creative, reliable, willing to perform and have a structured working style.
