About the Role 

As a Full Stack Engineer embedded within the CEO & SVP Operations Office, you'll design and build internal systems that directly impact strategic decision-making and streamline business operations. Your work will drive critical visibility and efficiencies across logistics, customer service, inventory management, and executive operations. This role combines engineering innovation with deep business insight to support top-level leadership in running a high-growth, tech-first company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop executive and operational dashboards to provide real-time KPI tracking and cross-functional insights. 
  • Build internal tools and automate workflows to enhance business operations across departments. 
  • Design centralized agent dashboards for teams including CX, Seller Support, and Warehouse Ops. 
  • Integrate and optimize customer support systems with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, and internal tools. 
  • Engineer logistics and inventory tools for live tracking, vendor integration, and fulfillment visibility. 
  • Embed AI-powered features, including GPT-driven automations, smart alerts, and agentic workflows. 
  • Construct APIs and real-time data pipelines that connect systems such as Notion, Linear, and Sigma. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to scope, prototype, and launch solutions aligned with business objectives. 
  • Document systems, advocate best practices, and ensure long-term scalability of platforms. 
  • Operate as a technical advisor within a fast-paced executive environment, translating needs into action. 

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience in modern web ecosystems. 
  • Proficiency with frameworks such as React, Vue, Node.js, and Python. 
  • Strong backend experience in scalable system architecture and secure API development. 
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data infrastructure. 
  • Experience with data warehouses, real-time analytics, and event-driven architectures. 
  • Bonus: Experience with LLM-powered apps, logistics APIs, Zendesk, Salesforce, or ML integrations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to distill business requirements into intuitive technical solutions. 
  • Background in e-commerce, live streaming, or community-first platforms is a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, especially at executive levels. 
  • High ownership mindset with a passion for building impactful, high-leverage systems. 

 

The salary range for this position is $144,000 - $180,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
