This is a hybrid position primarily based in Canton, Jersey City or Louisville. We’re embarking on an exciting new phase in the expansion of our Procurement target operating model and we’re looking for talented individuals to be part of the journey. These changes will enhance the capability of Computershare’s global Procurement teams. Our ambition is to create a function that is proactively called upon by the business to enable growth while reducing cost and managing risk. 

To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our CoE of which this role will be part of. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities.

In this global role, you’ll transform data into powerful intelligence—guiding strategic decisions, ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and regulatory standards, and helping us meet high-performance targets with precision and speed.

A role you will love

As the CoE Data Analytics & Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the charge on strategic initiatives that transform how Procurement delivers value across the globe. From designing performance dashboards to aligning KPIs across categories, you’ll ensure consistent, data-driven insights that drive smarter decision-making and tangible results.


You’ll oversee the development of tools and reporting frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals, and train teams to elevate data literacy across the function. Leading a global team, you'll also manage key relationships with Finance and Procurement stakeholders—driving savings, risk management, and process digitization through impactful, transparent data strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust data governance and reporting 
  • Guide and mentor teams in analytics and projects 
  • Analyse, evaluate and propose recommendations to improve Procurement efforts around efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Create documentation detailing process improvements showing the improvements and corresponding details of the implementation 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards 
  • Design and drive CPU-wide Procurement initiatives 
  • Recommend continuous improvement for category reporting  
  • Develop robust tracking and reporting in all key areas including Supplier Diversity & Client reporting, ESG and MDS reporting 
  • Manage data reporting, while leading digitalization efforts to streamline analytics for spend, customer, and contract reporting. 
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization and performance improvement

Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Category Management experience  
  • Project management qualification – or significant experience in this field 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Operations or related area with post-graduate degree preferred 
  • Industry certification such as BPM, CPBL, FCIPS, CIPS, IACCM or CPSM, or Six-sigma-certification.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $115,000.00 - $165,000.00. This base pay range is specific to Canton, MA and Jersey City, NJ and may not be applicable to other locations.
