Senior AI Engineer

AERONES is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product offerings and improve existing systems.
• Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest AI research, trends, and best practices to inform strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in AI methodologies and technologies.
• Create documentation for AI processes, models, and system architecture.
• Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world applications.
• Familiarity with natural language processing, reinforcement learning, or computer vision is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English.
• Experience within the robotics or automation sectors is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead team members in technical projects.
