We're seeking a skilled BI Analyst / Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team and play a key role in a critical reporting migration project. As a BI Analyst / Tableau Developer at Nuffield Health, you will:

• Lead the migration of reports from BOXI (BusinessObjects XI) to Tableau.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, trusted reports in line with project timelines.

• Analyse and translate the logic and structure of existing BOXI reports to create accurate, like-for-like Tableau dashboards.

• Ensure all reports go through robust QA processes prior to publishing.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI practices and standards.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience using Tableau for data analysis and visualisation.

• A solid understanding of the entire BI stack, from data sourcing to front-end delivery.

• Familiarity with BOXI (BusinessObjects XI) and its reporting logic.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy BI/MI environment.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
