What will you be doing here?

Buscamos uma pessoa para extrair e cruzar dados, levantando indicadores da área de Planejamento Financeiro, assim como estruturar o acompanhamento das ações de Natura Cosméticos e Natura Pay. Criar relatórios, analises e dashboards, interpretando os resultados e disponibilizando não só números mas também diagnósticos bem estruturados para entendimento de problemas, respostas às perguntas das áreas de negócio e principalmente para mapeamento de oportunidades e proposição de estratégias de incremento de resultados da Natura Pay.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Formação Completa
• Coleta, manipulação e tratamento de dados da área financeira para desenvolvimento de algoritmos utilizando SQL, Tableau, BI ou Python;
• Analisar e interpretar os dados e informações das diversas fontes, com o objetivo de criar indicadores e diagnósticos estruturados de resultados e dar subsídios às áreas de negócios para traçar estratégias que visam alcançar bons e melhores resultados;
• Desenvolvimento de modelos estatísticos voltados para o negócio financeiro;
• Ter senso crítico e analítico para planejar e executar suas tarefas e ser capaz de responder a consultas/solicitações técnicas de membros da equipe ou clientes internos e orientar os membros juniores da equipe;
• Conhecimento em SQL, R, Python, Data Briks e Tableau;
• Conhecimento em indicadores financeiros.
