About You: 
The Sr Data Engineer will collaborate directly and continuously with Product Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data
Engineers, down-stream business and analytics users, as well as Subject-Matter Experts. Experience with large-scale solutions and
operationalization of data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms on AWS and/or GCP is needed. We are looking for candidates
who have a broad set of technology skills across these areas and who can demonstrate an ability to craft the right solutions with an
appropriate combination of AWS/GCP and 3rd party technologies for deploying on the AWS/GCP cloud. 

What You'll Do:
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support CRM marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and lifecycle analysis.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Python and SQL for structured and unstructured data.
• Work across cloud platforms (GCP and AWS) to manage data lakes, warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift), and real-time
data workflows.
• Partner with marketing teams to create dashboards and reports in Tableau that highlight campaign performance and customer
behavior.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across marketing datasets.
• Optimize data architecture for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in data engineering and analytics.
What You'll Need:
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably with a focus on marketing or customer data.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign) is a plus.
• Experience working closely with data science and marketing analytics teams.
• Proficient in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Deep understanding of customer data, segmentation, attribution, and campaign analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
