RESPONSIBILITIES

Presents concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, roles and accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards

Collaborate with users to understand and document business requirements

Analyze complex business problems, define and evaluate solutions

Review technical solutions to align with requirements and evaluate trade offs

Design, implement and manage testing

Implement solution and manage support

Proactively identify improvement initiatives

Assists business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects

Helps manage expectations of users and management

Analyzes the impact of change requests.

Assists in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of work experience including managing the full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems solutions (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)

Ability to learn a new business domain and build subject matter expertise in a short period

Agile experience preferred

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
