What you are going to do
- Design and implement automation solutions to support compliance processes, using tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, and scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
- Explore and integrate AI technologies, including chatbots and LLMs, to enhance compliance workflows and user interactions
- Design and optimize prompts for AI models (e.g. LLMs) to support compliance-related tasks such as chatbot interactions, document summarization, and automated insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven insights
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports, with a focus on automation and scalability
- Evaluate data quality and ensure reliable data pipelines for compliance reporting
- Translate compliance requirements into technical solutions that are scalable and user-friendly

Who you are
- Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate) and scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI technologies, especially chatbots and large language models (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization remains a plus
- Solid understanding of data structures and experience working with structured data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a compliance, risk, or regulated environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Who you will work with
The NN Corporate Compliance team consists of more than 30 employees, managed by the Chief Compliance Officer with 3 managers. The team includes staff who support and monitor business operations and develop and maintain Group-wide Centres of Expertise. The team you will work with is the operations team, comprising 9 full-time equivalents (FTE). Additionally, you will work closely with the FEC Centre of Expertise for both expertise and input.
