Who you are:
As a Market Research Analyst II with Frost, you are our customer experience expert, conducting market research to understand and measure customer insights, trends, and experiences. In this role, you will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations to upper management. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you’ll do:
Conduct market research to understand and measure customer insights, trends, and experiences
Visualize market findings in a way that resonates with and are intuitive for non-technical audiences
Articulate data-driven recommendations that optimize Frost products and improve customer experience
Communicate across all levels of the organization to advocate for impactful enhancements of Frost products and services
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in social sciences, business, or statistics
2+ years of market research or market analytics experience or graduate degree
Demonstrated skill in data visualization tools such as Qualtrics or Tableau
Fundamental understanding of data analysis tools such as Python or SQL
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and approach tasks with a Customer-centric mindset
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
