Role Details:
The Engagement Manager will play a vital role in leading and managing consulting and analytics engagements and teams. Expertise in Python plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model etc. He/she will maintain and develop client relationships as required. He/she will manage analysts and prioritize objectives in order to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and targeted financial results. He/ She will be responsible for build and manage client relationships by working closely with account managers of our clients. This will be measured against the revenue growth from the account
Responsibilities:
As a consulting leader, be the trusted advisor within the client organization and grow their footprint by identifying opportunities to scale existing projects, develop new solutions for the client.
Drive client-specific business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and measurements / Engage with clients to identify opportunities to institutionalize analytics across client organizations
Leads by example in analytics delivery and guides the team in data synthesis, modelling techniques and culling out actionable insights, implications, and recommendations to address client's business issues and /or identify opportunities in conjunction with delivery team.
Work effectively with peer groups in sales & marketing, capability teams and enabling functions to drive higher value to add to clients. Participate in the sales process to scope client needs and consult the client to frame up solution and delivery approach.
Requirements:
10-14 years of experience in analytics and business consulting with an emphasis in the Analytics with at least 3+ years of leadership experience
Excellent track record of engaging at C-suite level and excellent at stakeholder management and is able to drive groups, including senior level groups, to conclusions
Is able to design and review new solution concepts and has led the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.
Knowledge of variety and advanced analytics and machine learning techniques, such as marketing mix models, price/promotion models, SEM, segmentation, and forecasting. Should be able to evaluate and bring in new advanced techniques to enhance the value-add for clients
Should be able to apply domain and analytics knowledge to functional areas like market size estimation, business growth strategy, strategic revenue management, marketing effectiveness, shopper category management, sales, and operations planning, merchandising, store operations
Must have excellent project/program management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time
Have business acumen to manage revenues profitably and meet financial goals consistently. Able to quantify business value for clients and create win-win commercial propositions.
Good thought leadership & ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required
Outstanding presentation and communication skills (Oral and written) with the ability to inspire others to make informed decisions.
Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
Must be open to onsite work, Mondays to Fridays, in the client's office.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $100,000 - $150,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
